well here are a couple additional things..
when a graphic designer tags something it means they are working on it and they will simply add a [tagged] to the title of your thread... non-GD's can't tag but they can still attempt your request
if a graphic designer or somebody else shows what they made for your request and you are satisfied simply edit the title of your thread erasing the [tagged] or anything and add [done] so here is an example

Requesting Ranks for my forum
then someone tags it : Requesting ranks for my forum [tagged]
then they complete it and you are satisfied: Requesting ranks for my forum [done]
if they complete it and you aren't satisfied: Requesting ranks for my forum [still open]

Also on more rules there is the graphic bumping rules.. in graphic terms to bump is to bring back that you are still requesting it and nobody has finished it... you are only allowed to bump after a 24-hour period from your first request post.. then if nobody still answers you can bump it every 24 hours..
