Mod Application

Seeing that mods are inactive I feel I am up to the challenge to handle the responsibility of moderator. I would make responsible decisions, be friendly to those in need, and help out the site. I would not abuse my powers, rather I would use them to their fullest potential. I would benefit the site by making smart, reasonable decisions, and contributing by showing good qualities and responsibility. If you think otherwise, a simple no would do. I dont need to be flamed or anything like that. Either way, I hope you understand my position.

They will absolutely deny that. I even made an app and they denied it. They don't take ''juniors'' as mods no matter what you do. That was just a waste of time.

Why Do you want to apply for the job you are applying for? Hey. I think I'm applying because I don't want any people to think of me as an enemy or someone mean. I want everyone to be friends with eachother, and think of ideas without arguments. If no one dislikes another user, we will be able to make this site a nice friendly site, and think. We'll all be able to think of good ideas more often if we work together to think of it. If there's tons of arguing and the common "That's a stupid idea we should do this instead," you're not going to get much out of the thread. If your brain is more relaxed, you will be able to think of more ideas. Imagine this. "That's a really good idea, but maybe we should do this instead. If we did your idea, (explain what's wrong with idea). You see that on this forum, but not as often as possible. If we were all as kind as can be to eachother, we would come up with excellent ideas of improving this site.
What do you think you could do if you make the job? Well, you don't really need to be a moderator to do this, but I am determined to be able to stop fights. If something very rude is said to another person, and starts a fight, it usually goes on for a long time until someone gets banned or something. If we can stop the triggers, or things that start fights, it would obviously stop fights altogether. Maybe if the admins gave more reputation, a punishment would be -10 reputation points to each of the users fighting, but hopefully we wouldn't need to use that, if fighting stops altogether. Another idea I had is having more rule announcements. When new rules are made, some aren't announced as well as others. For example, if someone made an sticky announcement at the top of a board, it might not be noticed as much as making an announcement in the Announcement board. One rule that isn't much of a rule, but I've heard you say it before, sometimes you can and can't post your applications, if this were an actual rule, there wouldn't be much trouble. One last idea of mine is to have a contest every day, but not big contests. One contest mod would be selected, and he/her can not enter any entries for that day. The contest would rotate every day from Bloons to Hotcorn to Zeba to Sinta, and each pack would be one level. The winner with the best pack would earn 2+ reputation, and would be able to judge (or decide on another judge to judge) the next contest. If you won Bloons, you wouldn't be able to submit another entry until the next round of Bloons begins, so other people have a chance to win. We could also advertise in the description of every contest entry, that would be cool.
Are you dedicated to the job and will you not abuse your powers? Yes. I will be very dedicated, and swear never to abuse my powers. I will tell people why I did something like lock their thread or something. I won't just do something and let no one know why.

Of course I would notify you guys anything that would reduce my activity on this site.
