| I have a riddle for you ,my friends, You have two jugs, one 8 liter, and the other is a 3 liter jug. They are UNMARKED, which means you cannot measure exact, unless you fill to the top, which is of course, 8 and 3 liters. (No halfway filling). How can you produce EXACTLY 4 liters, providing that you can only pour more water, transfer water between two, or dispose water? Lessa see who's fastest. | |

| Fill the 3 litre, Pour into 8 litre Fill the 3 litre Pour into 8 litre. (8 litre jug has 6 litres of water) Fill 3 litre Pour 2 litres into 8 litre. (8 litres in the 8 litre jug, 1 litre in the 3 litre jug) Empty 8 litre. Pour the 1 litre into the 8 litre jug Fill the 3 litre jug Pour into 8 litre jug. 4 Litres!! | |

| They are unmarked and you have no device to measure the exact 2 liters. Remember, EXACT. Reword it and you are correct! Try this one: There are 8 spheres that look EXACTLY the same. One, however, weighs less than the rest. Using only a balance scale and only two weighings, how can you tell which one is the lighter one? P.S.: You cannot just feel them in your hand.
