Is this site breaking?

It seems like each day this site is slowly crumbling... Some things need to be fixed. Give your opinion about everything on this site on this thread.

Admins: The admins are fine, but it seems as if they give in too easily. I've seen many people beg, and many get, which isn't right. If you're gonna get something, you should have to earn it, not say a few simple words, like "Please please please I'll do a good job!"

Global Moderators: First off, there's only one of them. Gms are like backup admins, and in this case when Kot is grounded, there needs to be another one to help hold this site together.

Moderators: None of the moderators are bad, but none of them are much active. Also, there are three.

Demotions and promotions: It seems like the admins are too lazy to do these. There are three mods, and one gm. As of now, global moderators are just like moderators. They should be given more responsibilities, and there should be one more. With the mods, perhaps they should all be demoted and two more should come.

Chatbox: It's been getting better, but you still can't ban everyone in the chatbox to talk to someone privately. How about using private messaging, hence the private?

This site is too old to die. There need to be improvements.

Yet I do not understand why admins are also mods and gms. Seems pointless

And I love how when everyone has no good reasoning or excuse they blame it on Wayne.

No avatar, he got a bad virus on his computer so he can only rarely get on the internet.

Personally, I think Sau, Kot, and King still do a great job

yes a virus thats palgued his computer for 3 months (suspicious). but he got on in october ofr like 5 minutes.

Maybe he quit, but I trust Sau on the issue.

Your not to much a noob, and this site was crumbling long before you got here

i stand by my belief that he quit. a trojan cant affect a computer so it needs 3 months to repair.
